Total Safety U.S., Inc. has acquired the assets of Callaway Safety Equipment Company, Inc. as of May 30, 2008.  Callaway is a provider of integrated safety services to the oil and gas industry.  Callaway offers sales, rental, inspection, repair and  maintenance of  safety equipment, site safety professionals, safety training for oilfield and industrial applications.  The company provides services relating to drilling, completion, workover, plant/refinery shutdowns and turnarounds, natural gas processing plants and pipeline construction.
